menu_items: set_menu_items, menu_items, item_count --
connect and disconnect items to and from menus

Description
set_menu_items-
connect an item pointer array to a menu
menu_items-
return a pointer to the item pointer array connected to a menu
item_count-
count the number of items in a menu
set_menu_items(S)
changes the item pointer array connected to
menu to the item pointer array items.
menu_items(S)
returns a pointer to the item pointer array connected to
menu.
item_count(S)
returns the number of items in menu.
Return values
menu_items( )
returns NULL on error.
item_count( )
returns -1 on error.
set_menu_items( )
returns one of the following:
E_OK-
The routine returned successfully.
E_SYSTEM_ERROR-
System error.
E_BAD_ARGUMENT-
An incorrect argument was passed to the routine.
E_POSTED-
The menu is already posted.
E_CONNECTED-
One or more items are already connected to another menu.
Warning
The header file menu.h automatically includes the header files
eti.h and curses.h.
