Configuring the Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP)

Administering PPP

SCO PPP requires very little in the way of administration beyond the configuration, reconfiguration, and removal of PPP links. An additional administrative task that may sometimes be necessary is to signal the PPP daemon to read in changes to PPP configuration. This is described in ``Signaling the PPP daemon''.

The pppstat command allows you to view the status of PPP interfaces. See the pppstat(ADMN) manual page for more information.
