To view a selected attachment, select View Attachment from the Message menu or click on the View Attachment button.
If your system includes software that allows you to view the attachment (or listen to an audio attachment), a window opens, running the appropriate viewing or listening program. For example, if the attachment is a video clip, the appropriate video viewer program on your machine will be started, with the attachment loaded.
By default, text attachments display as if they were part of the main body of the message. Specify that you want to display text attachments separately (in a new window) by selecting Folder from the Preferences menu, then selecting Separate Text Attachments.
