Panner, map, and client color resources

<clientname>*pannerBackground

Defines the background color used for a client's symbolic window on the panner.

<clientname>*pannerBorderColor

Defines the border color used for a client's symbolic window on the panner.

<clientname>*pannerForeground

Defines the foreground color used for a client's symbolic window on the panner.

panner*activeScreenBackground

Defines the background color used for the viewfinder on the panner.

panner*activeScreenBorder

Defines the border color used for the viewfinder on the panner.

Defines the border color used for the symbolic window corresponding to the window that currently has keyboard focus.
