Video adapter support
SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.7 includes the following
updated video adapter drivers:
The mtx driver has been updated to include
support for the Matrox G450 video adapter.
All functions of the G450 adapter work with SCO OpenServer,
expect the multi-headed and multi-display features,
which are currently not supported.
The r128 driver has been updated to add support
for the ATI RAGE 128 PRO II GL video adapter.

The e3H driver has been updated to add support for
3Com 3C982-TXM 10/100 Dual-Port Server NICs.

The pnt driver has been updated with a
variety of bug fixes, as well as new support
for the Laguna 4 chipset.
PC Card Support
SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.7 now provides new
PC Card (PCMCIA and CardBus)
support that includes PC Card socket services,
card services, and client-enabled device drivers.
New and updated PC Card device support includes:
The new pcic driver, which enables existing
SCO OpenServer SCSI, network, and serial drivers to
work for PC Cards.

The updated d21x driver, to add CardBus support.
The updated e3E driver, to add support for
3Com 3C589E series PC Card adapters.
This driver continues to work for 3C589D and earlier
cards on SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.6.
The updated nat driver, to add support for
several new PC Cards, including
D-Link DFE-650 Fast Ethernet,
LinkSys EtherFast 10/100+56K LAN/Modem multifunction, and
NETGEAR FA410 10/100 Mbps NICs.
